Provide Feedback: Take the UPSAC Pier Survey

WE NEED YOUR HELP! The survey below will help UPSAC collect pier usage data which will both assist us in focusing our activities as well as allow us to act as knowledgeable advocates for Pier Fishing across the state. You must be a member to submit this form. Please sign up to be a Member here. We recommend that you print this form out, do some research to answer as many questions as possible and then make a submission.

What we will do with your data 1. Results, excluding personal information will be tabulated and tracked, then made publicly accessible to anglers. 2) As an identification, to help you identify your survey from someone else's for the same pier and allow you to edit the correct form, your initials will demark surveys and be visible, but not your full name. 3) We plan to use the data collected to focus our attention and resources as well as resources from public agencies on issues that your data corroborates. 4) Web search engine spidering on this directory has been set to Disallow spidering.
